hats everyone. My informant over at the LOGblog Blog just informed me (becuase that's what informants do) about this new technology called radio frequency identification. Also called RFID for short, this new radio tracking technology enables the user to track assets along the supply chain. Delta is using it to track bags (and airplanes maybe too :) haha). This introduction article for beginners is titled RFID 101. It's a good read for people who want to know more about RFID. It's kind of like an RFID beginner's guide.
