Ban Rich Now

This post is to announce the official kickoff of the Ban Rich Now (BRN) Campaign. It is the opinion of the BRN Tribunal that Rich, who has not posted to the blog in well over a year, should lose his posting privileges. A survey has been drafted for the purpose of naming a new candidate to replace Rich to the Blogger Administration. All current and former LOGblog members are invited to participate in the survey, the results of which will be announced next Monday, on the first of November, along with the Groundhog of the Month selection. The survey appears below.

Who should replace Rich on LOGblog: The Blog for LOG?

a. a dead cat
b. Curt Schilling's sock
c. a piece of skunk meat
d. Jamie
e. a rock

  • i abstain, while i agree that rich may indeed need to be banned as a result of a lack of posting, i would not like to select any of the proposed candidates for inclusion on our sacred site.

  • Even I would take Smarty over Rich. He sucks. Whose idea was it to let him in anyways? Holly...

  • although i do kinda agree that rich is lacking in posts and does not neccessarily understand the sacredness of the blog maybe we should kick him off. i mean he can alwasy comment and view it. i dont think anyt of the candidates are worthy though. yes even jamie. i love that kid but he wouldnt understand nor appreciate the blog :)

  • No, Debbie, when Rich is booted, he would not be able to post or comment. I am also working on banning his IP address to block him from even viewing the site. And while I agree with you that Jamie is nowhere near what we are looking for in a quality candidate to replace Rich, I strongly disagree with your opinion that none of the candidates are viable. It looks like there is going to be quite a battle between Smarty Jones and Curt Schilling's sock come election day.
